Orders are considered accepted only after payment confirmation and dispatch initiation. Once an order is accepted, cancellation requests may not be accommodated.

Returns and exchanges are governed strictly by our Refund & Exchange Policy.

Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, ownership and risk transfer to the customer.
