1. Order Cancellation Policy

Customer Cancellations: 

Orders can be cancelled within 15 days of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

  • Once the product is shipped, cancellation will not be possible except in exceptional circumstances.
  • Cancellation requests must be sent to support@istaajewels.co or via phone at +91-9519544644.

 

Seller Cancellations:

ISTAA JEWELS LLP reserves the right to cancel orders due to unforeseen circumstances such as stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

We offer free Shiping on all orders over Rs.1000. Please note that we do not offer free shipping on International order and return. And if you are shopping under Rs. 1000 then there will be different Shipping charges depending on your state. If for any reason you return the Product, Shipping charges will still be applied.

                                                                                          

2. Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility: Returns are accepted under the following conditions: Product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customer changes their mind (within 15 days of delivery).

Conditions: Product must be unused, in original condition, and returned with the invoice, certificates, tags, and packaging. Return requests must be submitted within 15 days of delivery. Customized, engraved, or sale items are not eligible for return or Exchange.              

Return Process:

1. Email us at support@istaajewels.co with images and invoice.

2. Our team will verify and arrange reverse pickup.

3. Upon receipt and inspection, the refund will be processed within 7-10 working days.

Refunds: Will be issued to the original mode of payment. COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or store credit. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error.

Once you have booked the return request you to answer call from the delivery partner, in the absence of your availability or inability to answer the call, the delivery partner may, at their description, cancel the reverse pickup, in all such cases, the process will have to be reinitiated again and the overall timeline will increase  

 

3. Exchange Policy

Products are eligible for exchange within 15 days of delivery.

One-time exchange only, subject to availability.

Exchanged products must meet return conditions. Company will be not be able to make a full value exchange if the jewellery sold has been tempered, altered, misused, broken, mishandled, used some chemicals or repaired any way.
